ARRA - 2009

The Livermore Amador Valley Transit Authority has applied for funding under the 2009 American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA).  In accordance with the intention to provide transparency and accountability information to the public, the following documents have been posted:

1. A Resolution (1076k PDF ) which documents the review and approval of the LAVTA Board of Directors for the application to the Federal Government for the funds and the specific projects for which the funds are requested. 
   
   
   
2. The signed Certification (121k PDF ) by the Executive Director of the Livermore Amador Valley Transit Authority that the investments funded have received the full review and vetting as required by law, as appropriate use of taxpayers dollars.
