The purpose of the Wheels SRTP and Strategic Plan is to establish an overall vision and mission for Wheels, and develop a
series of goals and strategies to guide the future development of Wheel’s services, programs and organization.
Introduction
The Plans provides a framework through which Wheels’ administrative, operational and communication
processes can be reexamined. Through this process, Wheels staff will be able to craft the Agency’s direction
and strategic business plan.
